The option to "Update Software via Internet" is grayed out and I can not select it. What is the problem?

The option to "Update Software via Internet" is grayed out and I can not select it. What is the problem?

This means that you do not have the correct Product ID code entered. Right click on the COBRA Solutions icon (found in upper right corner of the program) and be sure you have the correct Product ID entered. The Product ID can be found on the CD-ROM case.
